Growth financing for companies
Raise €5–50 million without unnecessary effort or time spent. With Springvest, you get a clear path to funding through structured rounds, from Series A to pre-IPO.
In many cases, the process takes just a few months from planning to close.
What you get?
From plan to execution, fast
We move from planning to execution in just a few months. This clarity and predictability are why many companies choose to work with us across multiple funding rounds.
Experience from over 100 funding rounds
Springvest is one of the leading players in equity financing in Finland. With experience from over 100 rounds, we know how to assess your company’s potential and connect you with the right investors.
A well-connected sales team
Our growth investment specialists get to know your company in depth before the round, so they know what to highlight in investor conversations. They are backed by a marketing team with thorough knowledge of the growth funding market.
How the funding process works
A public funding round can be completed in as little as a few months from signing the agreement.
Initial discussions
1–3 months
We arrange public share issues and convertible bond offerings of €5–12 million across Series A, Series B and pre-IPO stages. Alongside these, we also arrange private placements for professional and institutional investors, allowing total round sizes of up to €50 million.
If you think your company could be a good fit, get in touch and request an assessment.
Funding round preparation
1–2 months
Following signing, we conduct due diligence on the company to verify key information and identify material risks.
Your team’s most important task at this stage is to prepare a prospectus or investment memorandum and a key information document. We support you in this work and produce the marketing and sales materials for the round.
Funding round
Less than 1 month
The public funding round goes live on the Springvest platform. We handle the execution, so your team can stay focused on running the business.
Holding phase after the round
After the round, Springvest remains a minority shareholder in the company. Part of our compensation is structured as stock options, aligning our interests with yours.
You also gain access to a network of over 40 promising Finnish growth companies. We continue to support our portfolio companies, for example in structuring financing packages to accelerate growth.
