Springvest’s business is based on arranging funding rounds for unlisted growth-stage companies. We act as a financing partner for domestic growth-stage companies and help investors and companies find each other.
The funding rounds are efficient thanks to more than our 10,000 target company investors, our easy-to-use investment platform, and a straightforward process.
Our revenue consists primarily of fees charged for the growth funding rounds we arrange, which form an operational and recurring revenue stream.
In addition, Springvest takes a minority stake in every growth-stage company for which it has arranged a funding round. Value creation typically materialises in the long term through exits, i.e. when the growth-stage company is for example sold or listed.
Springvest is authorised as an investment firm by the Financial Supervisory Authority in Finland.

Active dividend policy
Springvest’s goal is to distribute to its shareholders at least 80 per cent of both the result for the financial period and exit proceeds.
Since 2021, the company has achieved an average annual dividend yield of close to 10 per cent.

Business
We operate as an arranger of funding rounds for unlisted growth-stage companies.
We review approximately 200 potential companies annually. We select for funding rounds only the most promising companies whose business, growth opportunities and team meet our requirements.
Before launching the share issue, the target company prepares, with our assistance, the funding round investment memorandum and other materials.
All investments are made on our digital investment platform. During the funding round, tied agents contact potential growth investors. It is also possible to invest independently.
Our investment service revenues are divided into arrangement and subscription fees. We receive part of our fee in the form of share options in the target company. After the funding round, we continue as a minority owner in the company alongside the investors.
