Springvest changes that by opening access to a broader range of investors: to opening access to private individuals, family offices, and professional and institutional investors alike.
Not your typical investment firm
Growth companies hold the key to Finland’s and Europe’s entire future. That’s why there need to be multiple ways to invest in them.
Springvest operates in a unique way: instead of raising a single large fund, we organize 8–10 independent funding rounds per year, typically as share issues. We operate under an investment firm authorisation granted by FIN-FSA.

Springvest has been channelling growth capital to companies since 2012. Our operations have grown steadily. In 2025 we launched a new co-investment model that allows institutional investors and family offices to participate in funding rounds alongside more than 10,000 individual Finnish investors.
