Governance
Springvest’s governance is guided by the Finnish Companies Act and the First North rulebook.
Responsibility for the oversight and management of the company is shared between the general meeting, the board of directors, and the CEO. The CEO manages the day-to-day operations of the company in accordance with the instructions and guidelines set by Springvest’s board of directors. The management team supports the CEO in leading the company’s business.
Shareholders participate in the oversight and governance of the company through decisions made at general meetings.
General meetings are typically convened by the board of directors.
