Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Springvest has overall responsibility for the administration and appropriate organisation of the company’s operations. The Board of Directors supervises and controls the company’s operative management, appoints and dismisses the Chief Executive Officer, and is responsible for other duties assigned to the Board of Directors in the articles of association and under the Companies Act or other legislation.
The Annual General Meeting decides on the number of Board members and their remuneration, and elects the members of the Board. Under the company’s articles of association, the Board of Directors is elected at the Annual General Meeting for a term of office that ends at the close of the Annual General Meeting following the election.
Under the company’s articles of association, the Board of Directors elects a Chairman from among its members. The Board consists of a minimum of three and a maximum of eight ordinary members.
